• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Attend scheduled lessons punctually and prepared
• Treat instructors and staff with respect
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

• All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Payment is due before or at the time of service delivery
• We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused services
• Individual lesson cancellations require 24 hours notice
• Group class refunds are subject to specific terms
• Administrative fees may apply to refund requests

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

Lesson scheduling and cancellation policies:

• Lessons must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations require minimum 24 hours notice
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeit of lesson fees
• Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Martetombi are protected by intellectual property laws:

• Educational materials are for personal use only
• Reproduction or distribution requires written permission
• Students retain rights to their own work and progress
• Martetombi reserves rights to teaching methodologies and curricula

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• Student information is kept confidential
• Progress reports are shared only with authorized parties
• Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy
• Communication records may be kept for quality assurance

8. Code of Conduct

All users must adhere to our code of conduct:

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Service Modifications

11. Termination

Service agreements may be terminated:

• By either party with 30 days written notice
• Immediately for violation of these terms
• For non-payment of fees
• For inappropriate conduct or behavior
• Upon completion of agreed-upon services

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Ontario or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.
